Do you remember the good idea I had ? to install my panels in the backyard...well it was not such a good idea.I thought they were perfectly protected , BIG mistake.We have at present,in the south of France,cold temperatures and rainy weather and as I was checking the cokpit today I noticed something "horrible" on panels'back...moisture and musty dust !
J'avais installé le cockpit dans un abri de jardin et je le croyais parfaitement à l'abri...grosse erreur.Alors que je vérifiais l'état des panneaux suite au froid et pluies actuelles,je découvrais avec "horreur" des traces d'humidité et de moisissures à l'arrière des panneaux.
First step,I had to dismantle the cockpit and clean the panels.
Première étape,démonter le cockpit et nettoyer les panneaux.
Then,have the parts back to my home,in the garage where they "met" for the first time the seats (I was keeping them at home).
Puis,les rapatrier dans le garage où la "rencontre" avec les sièges (que j'avais préféré garder à la maison) eut enfin lieu.
This incident was finally the opportunity to have the cockpit almost completed (except for the overhead panel) and have,for real, the poster I was dreaming on when I was a child.
Voyons le bon côté des choses,en attendant un meilleur endroit pour installer le cockpit,cela me permet d'avoir enfin,en vrai, le poster sur lequel je rêvais étant gosse.
